I caught a bit of Spanish in your video; I’m from Puerto Rico.

What’s likely happening is that you're trying to drop content (like an image) directly into a column layout without placing a content block first. In Klaviyo, the column block is just a layout structure, it doesn’t hold content by itself.

To fix it:

1. Drag an Image block into one of the columns.

2. Then click into that block to upload or edit your image.

The same thing applies to text, buttons, or any other type of content; you need to drag the appropriate content block into the column first, and then you can customize it.
