Might be worth speaking to the chatbot and keep asking ‘speak to agent’ to see if they will connect you.
I don’t have a free account at the moment so unsure if that will work but always worth a shot.
You do need Klaviyo support to do this, so another work around would be to take out the cheapest plan ($20) just for the month to get some support. this does come with perks too, which include no branding, channel segmentation, increased sending limits etc.
You can cancel this plan at any point, but won’t get a refund.
