I just want to tell you all something that is happening on this company. 

A year ago, klaviyo spammed all of us ( clients ) with the new REVIEW system powered by them. Nice widgets, bla bla bla. So you guys ( klaviyo employees or engineers or whoever ) use a nice h1 title like “ see how it works “ or “give a try” bla bla bla. Okey, so a normal human being will think : “wow a new feature, i want to see what is this”. and BOOM, you got cought. 

Let me explain. If you make that click, the review tab on the right side will be there forever and if your company is making more than 50orders per month ( with klaviyo atribution of course ) the will start charge you some $. But hey! it’s okey. Again a normal human being will think something like : “well i fk up, let’s disable this feature”. No no no no, you can’t. You just CAN’T. There is no way to disable this feature by yourself. It’s that weird? 

Let’s reach support i said. I spoke with them so many times and nobody provide a single logic help. The first step supports doesn’t even know what is this problem. IMAGINE how klaviyo company works inside. But hey, it’s okey. The first step support guy will tell you the “ELITE TEAM” will reach you soon, and they do with no usefull information, only apologies. Like what’s wrong with you people? Are you okey with this non-ethical hidden subscription based add-ons which can’t be turned off with a single button? How can you create an addon who can’t be turned off? How is this logic from a customer prespective? I mean, from your business prespective it’s okey, you make money, obviously. But at least give to your customers like me or others to turn the damn add-ons OFF. 

But wait there is more. A moth ago , Klaviyo spammed all day long on dashboard the new Advanced Klaviyo Data Platform with same strategy and same click bait stlye title. And guess what happends? YEP, once again guys they did it. 

 

If you give a try to this Advanced Klaviyo Data Platform, you can’t turn it OFF, there is no button, nothing on entire client dashboard to turn this 2 features off. It’s soooooooooo crazy. So for like months i’m waiting someone to reach me and contact me to disable this features , otherwise i’ll be charged for add-ons which i’m not using, and i’ll never be using. 

Finally , my quiestion for Klaviyo Englinerrs, Parners, Sales department, support etc. : How you can make add-ons, spam all your client’s to give a try and you can’t not even turn them on? How can i reach support 5 times with same problem and nobody is helping?

In the meantime, I'd like to assure you that if you're on our free reviews plan, your plan will never upgrade, even if you do exceed 50 orders a month. In this case, any review request flow you have active will simply stop sending. Additionally, no review request emails will be sent to customers, nor will reviews widgets be published to your site unless you explicitly set them up.

Additionally, once your free trial expires on your advanced KDP plan, you will not be charged, and the Advanced KDP will disappear from your dashboard.
